Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our programs and want every client to have a great experience. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations. If you have a concern, please reach out to us before initiating any dispute — we are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly.
1. Onboarding Fee
All programs include a one-time $199.00 onboarding fee charged at the time of enrollment. This fee covers your enrollment, account setup, welcome materials, and program preparation. The $199.00 onboarding fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Refund Policy by Program Tier
30-Day Foundations — $349/month Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@aureliamethod.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full vault access through the end of that period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within an active billing cycle.
A full refund of the most recent monthly charge (excluding the onboarding fee) may be requested within 48 hours of your initial enrollment payment, provided your supply items have not yet been shipped. Once supply items have been dispatched, refunds are not available for that billing cycle.
60-Day Momentum — $698.00 One-Time Payment
This is a single one-time payment program. Because the program is fully delivered digitally and supporting supply items are prepared and shipped upon enrollment, refunds are not available once supply items have been shipped.
A full refund of the program fee (excluding the onboarding fee) may be requested within 48 hours of payment, provided your supply items have not yet been dispatched.
90-Day Signature Coaching — Custom One-Time Payment
The 90-Day Signature Coaching program is our premium, fully customized engagement. Because of the high level of individual consultation, plan design, and preparation involved, all payments for the 90-Day program are final and non-refundable once the Stripe Checkout session has been completed and payment processed. We encourage all prospective 90-Day clients to request a consultation call before purchasing.
3. Physical Supply Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our supply items, we are unable to accept returns of supply items once they have been delivered. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us at support@aureliamethod.com within 5 business days of delivery with a description and photos. We will review and, where appropriate, send a replacement at no charge.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email support@aureliamethod.com with:
- Your full name and the email address used at enrollment
- The program tier you enrolled in
- The date of your payment
- The reason for your cancellation or refund request
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most concerns can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your vault access during the investigation. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, we reserve the right to permanently terminate the associated account.
6. Grace Period and Account Suspension
When your program period ends, you will be granted a 5-day grace period during which your vault access remains fully active. After the grace period expires, vault access is suspended. Your account, program data, and password are preserved indefinitely. There is no fee to reactivate — simply contact us or purchase a new program.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
In cases of serious medical emergency, hospitalization, or other documented extraordinary circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@aureliamethod.com to discuss your situation.
