1. About Aurelia Method

Aurelia Method operates aureliamethod.com and the private member portal at vault.aureliamethod.com. We provide personalized 1:1 wellness coaching programs, educational content, and supporting wellness products. Aurelia Method is not a medical practice and does not prescribe, compound, or dispense medication.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use any Aurelia Method program or service. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Programs and Pricing

Aurelia Method offers the following coaching program tiers:

• 30-Day Foundations — $349.00 per month (recurring subscription) plus a one-time $199.00 onboarding fee at enrollment.
• 60-Day Momentum — $698.00 one-time payment plus a one-time $199.00 onboarding fee at enrollment.
• 90-Day Signature Coaching — Custom pricing set by your program advisor, plus a one-time $199.00 onboarding fee. Payment is processed via a unique Stripe checkout link generated by your advisor.

All prices are in USD. The $199.00 onboarding fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Program fees are subject to change; existing enrolled clients will not be affected by price changes during their active program period.

4. Billing and Subscription

For the 30-Day Foundations subscription, your card on file will be charged $349.00 automatically at the start of each 30-day billing cycle. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting support@aureliamethod.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain full vault access through that date.

One-time payments for the 60-Day Momentum and 90-Day Signature Coaching programs are charged in full at the time of purchase. No recurring charges apply.

5. Vault Access and Member Portal

Upon confirmed payment, you will receive login credentials granting access to The Vault at vault.aureliamethod.com. Your vault access is valid for the duration of your program period. At the conclusion of your program, a 5-day grace period is granted during which access remains fully active. After the grace period, vault access is suspended but your account, program data, and password are preserved indefinitely.

Vault accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to another party.

6. Health Disclaimer

Aurelia Method programs are coaching and educational services only. Nothing on this website or within the member portal constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our programs are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new health, nutrition, or lifestyle regimen, especially if you have existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medications.

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary; no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Any prescription medications discussed during a 1:1 consultation are prescribed solely by licensed healthcare providers operating independently from Aurelia Method. Aurelia Method does not prescribe, compound, or dispense medication.

7. Shipping and Supporting Wellness Products

Supporting wellness products and supply items are shipped to the address provided at enrollment. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Due to the personalized nature of our supply items, we cannot accept returns once they have been delivered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on aureliamethod.com and within The Vault — including program materials, protocols, educational content, images, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Aurelia Method. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any Aurelia Method content without express written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your vault login credentials to any third party
• Use our programs, content, or materials for commercial purposes without written authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of The Vault or our systems
• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with our services
• Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us directly

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelia Method and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs, website, or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the program in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
